The 2025 CrossFit games are just over 100 days away and will take place for the first time on the east coast in Albany, New York. Every summer since 2007, crossfitters from all over the world are gathering to watch and smile as athletes and teams compete for the Fittest title on Earth.
- In addition to all action on the floor of competition, CrossFit promotes the event to potential sellers, encouraging them to create a store near the competition stage along with well -known brands (and toy sponsors) such as Rogue Fitness and Yeti.

The scene is set
The main scene for this year’s races will be hosted at the MVP Arena, which CrossFit has over 13,000 seats with tickets, making it “bigger in the history of CrossFit Games”.

The CrossFit seller deck highlights that tickets for Games 2024 at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth were exhausted in 4.5 hours. At the time of the publication, MVP Arena’s current Ticketmaster ticketmaster shows that it is about 60-70% capacity, with 13 sections with 100+ tickets. Most of these sections are at the most expensive lower level.
Based on CrossFit advertising information, it seems that all events will take place at the MVP Arena from Friday 1 August to Sunday 3 August.
Conference of Owners and Coaches
CrossFit hosts the Crossfit Owners and Coaches Conferencepresented by Hustle Up (the link only requires a connection to subsidiaries and Crossfit coaches).
The conference is advertised as a two-day event event organized by CrossFit HQ at Marriott Albany in New York from July 30-31.

The CrossFit experience
“The CrossFit Experience” is back for 2025.
Albany’s Capital Center will host the 25,000 -square -foot retail space and sellers, which is a five -minute walk from MVP Arena via a covered pedestrian street. CrossFit states that this area will include a “vendor village” and many new experiential offers for the most capable fans.
Once again, the CrossFit experience is free to the public. No tickets are required for games at MVP Arena. However, similar to last year, registration may be essential for access to free experience.
According to the map on the deck of the seller, the CrossFit area will be in a central location, offering three size options for suppliers.
The map (which reserves the right to change) indicates:
- Four chambers counting 10 feet x 30 feet.
- Ten kiosks measuring 10 feet x 20 feet.
- Fifteen booths measuring 10 feet x 10 feet.
We foresee that today’s sponsors of CrossFit, including Rogue Fitness and Yeti, will also be present in the area of experience. It remains uncertain whether they will be in one of the mentioned areas of the suppliers or in the MVP Arena party.
Pearl Street Block Party
CrossFit will close the Pearl Street in front of the MVP Arena during the weekend racing for a free public block party. The event will present long -format partners.
What will happen for sellers?
CrossFit clearly states that the sellers area will be limited in 2025.
The seller area at the Memorial Center of Will Rogers next to Dickies Arena was about 100,000 square feet. This year, the space at Albany’s Capital Center is only about 25,000 square feet, which is a quarter of that size.
- On the deck of the seller, the CrossFit states, “CrossFit will be much more selective in applications we approve” and that “previous applications are submitted, the greater the likelihood of acceptance”.
So if you want to secure a seller space in the races, there is no time like present to submit your application.
Suppliers pricing is mainly based on the size of the chamber:
- The smallest chamber package (10 feet x 10 feet) costs $ 7,500.
- The middle pavilion (10 × 20) costs $ 14,000.
- The largest available booth package (10 × 30) costs $ 20,500.
Each Booth package determines the size of the chamber and includes additional supplier information, such as the number of sellers’ bracelets and the availability of the internet and power connections.
Suppliers should also note the shipping and loading/loading requirements, as they are specific to this event and require agreements with preferred companies-Stak Studio companies for Booth installation and Ark Transportation Ltd for the use of shipping and loading.
CrossFit suppliers deck shows that sellers who choose to manage their own load will only have a limited time frame. Suppliers can expect to be loaded early on Thursday afternoon and must be ready until Friday morning, August 1.
