Anthropologie has a signature fragrance. It is celestial and comes in a candle and a diffuser oil. However, it is not natural, so I was on a mission to see if I could copy the fragrance using essential oils and make a mixture of DIY Anthropology that we can all feel good about the diffusion of our home. The unique aroma is citrus and sweets and causes thoughts to summer in the Italian Riviera by drinking a limoncello. It is a refreshing, happy fragrance and it turns out, you only need 4 essential oils to recreate it!
If you’ve ever been to anthropology, you are probably familiar with Capri Blue Volcano candles burning around every corner. It is a rather expensive candle that has won a cult and contains synthetic aromas.
Some time ago I made a homemade candle and bought the blue volcanic diffuser oil so that I could strongly smell the cubes. I love the fragrance and I wanted to see if I could create a healthy version of the real agreement. I have worked in this mixture for many months trying to get it as close as possible to the original using essential oils.
There are many mixtures Anthro Diffuser online and I think I may have tried them all. While my anthropology mixture is not accurate, it is very close and I like to make my smell so good without the harmful aromas. It can be used in DIY room spray!
Instead of publishing a recipe mixture of essential diffuser oil for a time use, I also include a Diffuser bomb recipe so you can make a ounce of 1/2 ounces (15ml) and be able to use it again and again. Since you only need 5-10 drops of oil every time you diffuse, the bomb will give you much more for future use.
Dissemination of essential oils is a natural way to make your home smell amazing. Spraying of deodorant air and fuel candles can be dangerous to your health and compromise your immune system, dip your hormones and activate allergies. Capri candles are no exception, although they are commercially available in a way that can make you believe they are healthier. I can assert that this powerful fragrance contains an unknown preparation of synthetic aroma.

The essential oils used in the anthropology mix
Most of the Anthro Diffuser mix recipes I tried were from new users. I found recipes for this mixture that was all completely different, so it was a task to limit exactly what the original fragrance contains. According to The Capri Blue WebsiteThe wax The volcano is an activating mixture of exotic citrus and sugar notes. The fragrance is described as a “magical and tropical aroma”.
Usually the Anthro mixture consists of grapefruit, sweet orange or tangerine, black spruce or sharp blue spruce and geranium. Variations and optional additives include lime, Valor, cypress, lemon and bergamot! There is no doubt that it has taken so much time to land on the best version of this mixture!
What I have learned from all my experiments is that grapefruit essential oil is the main aroma and a non -negotiable. It is the protruding aroma that you smell most. The other citrus aromas can be replaced as the grapefruit is the heaviest aroma.

Anthropology Roll on Perfume Recipe:
I do not recommend making candles with essential oils. Essential oils are best disseminated when it comes to scattering a stronger aroma around your home. Essential oils tend to be lost in soy candle and paraffin candles. It will take many drops of essential oils to even get a small amount of smell when added to homemade candles.
Remember, it only takes a few drops of essential oils in a diffuser to truly fill a room with a fragrance.
These hindering candles have the best aroma. I will say that it is impossible to recreate it exactly, but my recipe is close and the best place is that my whole family can enjoy a wonderful, fresh aroma without the bursts that bend the quality of air when the fragrances are burnt full. I think you will love it!
I always work on new diffuser mixtures, so comment if you have one you would like to work! The stress of Young Living is next and maybe it’s my favorite!
