Here’s a look at some of the best new finds that have been on my radar in recent months (out of the hundreds I’ve reviewed!!)
Jin Jung Sung Soothing Moisture Essence
This rich toner was recommended to mine private Facebook group (lots of great tips – if you haven’t signed up already, I’d love to have you!!)
It has a watery jelly consistency and spreads extremely well. It’s super hydrating and leaves my skin feeling refreshed without any residue. Plus, it has so many good ingredients, including peptides, humectants, and antioxidants.

What makes this Micellar Water different is that it uses curcumin (turmeric), which is an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and pigment-blocking agent – turning it from a simple micellar into a multi-tasking friend.
Stay tuned as this brand has tons of interesting products that contain a new (and unique) molecule called Retinoate (also found in one of the Medik8 products).
I also can’t rave enough about the Target cotton scrub rounds. They’re perfect for use with micellar water as the smooth side allows you to remove eye makeup without tugging, while the exfoliating side gives the micellar water that extra punch and helps it remove any dead skin without going in too much.

Good Molecules B5 Body Serum
I’ve tried a number of products to come up with an affordable body option. This serum is the first step that has some fantastic moisturizing ingredients including B5 and polyglutamic acid which is believed to be even more hydrating than hyaluronic acid.

Cocoa Radiance Vaseline Body Oil
This is the second step in my affordable body option. So what I love about this product is that it’s really occlusive at a great price. It does contain mineral oil – which I wouldn’t rush to put on my face – but it’s perfect in a body product. The combination of this Vaseline body oil and the good molecules has made a huge difference in moisturizing my body skin.

I was so excited to find this serum a few months ago and since I started using Dear Lucy it has become a firm favorite. It’s packed with antioxidants (It contains tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate, so that’s what I’ve been using for vitamin C in my routine (but so much more!!) It also contains arbutin which is a powerful pigment blocking ingredient in the form of tyrosinase inhibitor.
The fact that this brand is a woman owned (Canadian!!) small business makes me love it even more. I’ll talk more about this in future videos – this serum is a bit of an investment, but it’s a true multi-tasking wonder with such a great ingredient mix and formula.

Jet Lag Summer Fridays Mask
This is a lipid-packed concealer that’s great at locking in moisture – it’s been a community favorite of mine for years.

Elf Pure Skin Moisturizer
As an affordable alternative to the Friday Summer Jetlag Mask (above), I found using Elf Pur Skin Moisturizer as a mask it works very well. I basically use the Elf product for ten minutes and wash it off. It has very similar ingredients to the Summer Friday mask and while I don’t like the Elf product as a moisturiser, it’s perfect as a hydrating mask.

I’m so excited about these oral probiotics (who knew?!) I’ve never come across a product that does such a good job of consistently keeping my breath clear. We’re not talking about covering up bad breath – but the actual relationship that helps me wake up with fresher breath. It essentially affects your oral microbiome to eliminate some of the bad bacteria. I love this idea – it makes so much sense!!
I also love this brand’s toothbrush – makes a super gift.
This is one of those products that looks a bit overwhelming – until you apply it. It gives the perfect nude/white (but not opaque/white!!) to give that trendy look, it’s moisturizing and so easy to use

Medik8 Illuminating Eye Balm
This eye product is a sheer balm that gives a beautiful finish. It’s really sheer but gives such a natural luminosity finish. It doesn’t sink into fine lines or creases, but hydrates + brightens leaving the subtlest flush of color. It applies beautifully and is such a nice addition to my routine – I’ve never tried a product like this before.

This is a recommendation of his Jen Phelps who I follow on both YouTube and Instagram (she’s SO good, you should check her out). This is such a unique and high quality eyeshadow – at an amazingly affordable price
I love when I find it at the drugstore it’s just as good as the expensive original. I have a few of these brow pens (from Anistasia Beverly Hills and Arches and Halos) that I find so useful for drawing in very realistic brow hairs. This type of brow pen has basically replaced pencils/powders etc for me. What I love about this pen is that it works just as well as the others and is less than half the price.
