Kristine Gold is an experienced, hardworking, reliable, consistent, communicative, creative, published model who is passionate and enthusiastic about modeling. He was born in Latvia and now works in England. She is a top fashion and glamor model. She has been featured on the cover and editorial in Vigour, Ellas Spain, Selin, Malvie, Bloom Roma, Marika, Gmaro, Moevir, Le Desir, Pump and OceanIX UK Magazines.

Women’s Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar in a candid interview with Kristine Gold, Latvian, British Glamor Model, Social Media Influencer and Cover Girl here she talks about her fitness program, diet and success story.

Namita Nayar:

Where were you born and educated? You later decided to model from the age of 16 and became a top fashion and glamor model. Tell us more about your professional journey of extraordinary hard work, perseverance and endurance.

Christine Gold:

I was born in Latvia. I lived in a very small village. I never thought my dreams would come true. When I was 4 years old I dreamed of becoming a model and being published in magazines. But after years passed I knew that it was not possible to achieve this because of the location where I lived. When I was 16 years old I moved to the bigger city of Liepaja to study accounting. I thought it would be a good profession where I would have a great chance to earn good money.

One day there was an open day event at LM&MS modeling school. I will never forget how I felt at that moment. It was like falling in love at first sight. I immediately felt that I want to go to this school. To be honest, that was where I got my confidence and experience from. I will always love modeling school and Tatjanas Jaremcukas helps me figure out how to walk, pose and be the person I want to be. Modeling school definitely helped my modeling journey and I will always be grateful for that. The accounting skills I learned in school are still very useful.

Namita Nayar:

Featured on the cover of Vigor Magazine. Tell us more about this spectacular achievement of yours?

Christine Gold:

Every magazine issue means a lot to me. I never thought I would be published in so many countries. I can’t describe how happy I feel when I hold these magazines in my hands or how happy I feel when I go to the store and see myself in the magazine. It means the world to me. I appreciate every opportunity I get.

Namita Nayar:

You are the social media personality, model and brand ambassador. How do you manage such a remarkable multidimensional lifestyle?

Christine Gold:

I have a multi-faceted lifestyle and love every moment of it. From Monday to Friday I work in a chocolate factory as an operations manager. But evenings and weekends are for enjoying modeling. Many have asked me what do you do in your free time and to be honest I don’t have much free time. But modeling is my passion and dream, so I definitely like to give all my free time to modeling. I don’t think I know how to live otherwise.

Namita Nayar:

Do you have a perfectly sculpted sculpted physique? Secrets to such a mesmerizing enviable persona?

Christine Gold:

That’s really nice to hear and I’m humbled. I think every model has its own story. When I was a teenager I had a hard time accepting my body. I had anorexia and I remember how hard it was. I still don’t understand how I could feel this way.

I tried to get all the advice from other people on how to lose weight but unfortunately nothing helped as there was no weight to lose. I looked thin but felt completely different. It is very difficult to explain how anorexia works. Everything changed when I started going to modeling school and I could finally feel confident about my body.

I think the main thing I would definitely suggest to everyone is to be active and find your own exercise routine that makes you happy and comfortable in your body. Dancing is definitely a good way to train your body and gain happiness.

Namita Nayar:

What exercises are in your fitness program or workout routine that you might want to share?

Christine Gold:

Fitness is my second passion. A workout routine is very important to me. Not only because of the results but also because of how it makes you feel. From the beginning I started doing exercises from popular fitness videos and listened to their advice. Although the fitness program didn’t feel right to me.

From the beginning my biggest mistake was not knowing my goal. It is very important to know what you want to achieve. I started reading more about fitness exercises and created my own program and I am happy to say that I am very close to achieving what I wanted. My favorite exercise is definitely the donkey push.

Namita Nayar:

How do you train your abs? A secret to your toned body.

Christine Gold:

For abdominal training there are many different exercises to choose from. Leg raises and plank up and down are definitely good exercises that work for me. Not every exercise will work the same way for everyone.
