There is an idea out there that the bigger the changes, the greater the results. This could not be more than the truth. As I have shared with you my well -being journey over the last 12 years, I have come to know that small, daily rituals are often the most changing in life.

My daily routines allow me to appear for myself, my relationships and my business to feel calm and activate without the crash.

I encourage you to create your own simple daily routine. I have put my own down for inspiration! The most important thing is to find the daily rituals and habits that allow you to really feel your best and give them priority no matter what.

Jess x

My morning routine:

  1. Deep breathing and confirmations of the abdomen. As soon as I wake up, I spend a few minutes taking deep breaths. This helps me connect with my breath and feel focused. I also like to repeat positive confirmations. Saying: “I love myself just as I am” and “I am grateful for the abundance of my life” puts me in a positive head space and connects me with a deep sense of gratitude that I convey with me all day.
  2. Prioritize movement, with kindness. I like to start my day with a 30 -minute workout from Jshealth app. It is so important to move your body and I like the rush of endorphins that exercise gives me. I like to hear my body and exercise according to my mood. If I need something more ground, I’ll go for a walk or do some yoga. If I want to sweat it, I’ll do some weight training.
  3. Take care of the skin care routine. I believe that the care of our skin-the largest organ of the body-is a true act of self-love. I am a great believer that an effective skin care routine does not need to be complicated. I personally follow the Jshealth Vitamin’s 4-Stare Skincare System and use a Gua Shant Beauty Tool to support the absorption of the product and the lymphatic drainage. My skin was never better!
  4. Enjoy a balanced, protein -rich meal. I swear by a nutritious and saturated breakfast containing protein, fiber and healthy fats to naturally support energy levels. I will feed my body with a Jshealth protein smoothie most days, or other protein rich, simple meal like ours Oat oatmeal overnight.
  5. Enjoy a coffee, the way Jshealth. After breakfast, I enjoy my coffee, which I really enjoy. Coffee is part of a balanced life when it enjoys carefully, so if you love coffee, be sure to enjoy the maximum 1-2 coffees before noon to support prolonged energy and cortisol levels.

My evening routine:

  1. Phone in airplane mode. My ritual starts with a simple act – changing my phone into an airplane mode. This deliberate disconnection of digital chaos allows me to connect deeper into myself, carving a sacred space for quiet reflection.
  2. A dinner. After a busy day of work, I choose simple, easy meals. A dinner of a pole is easy, nutritious and can be a true act of self-care. I always take protein at my dinner to regulate blood sugar levels and prevent any sudden drops during the night that could disturb the quality of sleep. Try the mustard salmon of a grid honey or others wonders a limit from the Jshealth app For a delicious and stressful dinner!
  3. Night walk under the stars. After dinner, I like to go for a night walk under the star sky, without technology. The world brings me a deep sense of peace, ground me in the beauty of the present moment and signaling my mind and body that it is almost time for the bed.
  4. Magnesium soothing. My favorite nightclub is magnesium! Look for a high quality mixture, triple form to help my mind and prepare your body and nervous system for restful sleep. I push it in bed or sometimes, while I am in a salt bath epsom = absolute relaxation!
  5. Legs to the wall. Then comes a restorative yoga puts: legs on the wall. This gentle reversal soothes my nervous system, dissolving the stress of the day and inviting calm. I exercise deep belly that breathes for 5 minutes at this posture to prepare for restorative sleep.
  6. Practice of gratitude. Finally, this simple act cultivates a positive mentality and cultivates a soul’s soul. Before I fall asleep, I like to think of three things that I am grateful from the day. It can be as small as a polite gesture or a wonderful meal, or something bigger as an achievement or a noun.

The power of consistent routines

A daily commitment to progress against perfection can really turn your health! That is why I have created our best subscription program, Jshealth 360, to help you cultivate sustainable, consistent well -being.
