Life Science Sartorius launches the new Octet® The R8e Biolayer Symbometry System (BLI), providing researchers the most advanced detection potential to date for real-time analysis, high-performance protein-protein, protein-microscopic molecule and other biomatic interactions. Extension of the top octave without liquids® Bli Portfolio, the R8E is designed for applications that require higher sensitivity, flexible designing and longer execution times.

Utilizing Sartorius’s own Bli technology for the kinetic characterization of fast, real -time connection interactions and tags of interactions, Octet® The R8E provides a subsequent level sensitivity to accurate data production to the lower detection limits, extending the analysis range to low molecular weight (> 100 DA) and low -touch analysts (> 10 pm). Compatibility with plaque 96- and 384 wells offers additional flexibility to the design of the analysis, allowing adapting to the unique scale, complexity and costs of costs and cost requirements.

Octet® The R8E is the most advanced BLI system designed, designed for future research, enhancing the role of BLI in discovery and development. It provides the performance and credibility that today’s scientists demand to face new goals, emerging methods and increasingly complex programs. “

Nilshad Salim, Octet Product Manager® Systems, Sartian

“The combination of high sensitivity and the ability to reduce the sample size to 40 M with customized 384 wells give researchers with maximum freedom and significant cost effectiveness, without sacrificing the quality of the data.”

The integrity of the sample is a common challenge in BLI tests when long -term motor measurements are required to monitor slow interactions or disconnects. A new exhaust cover created for Octet® The R8E system minimizes the sample evaporation of 96 wells, keeping the sample concentrations for up to 16 hours. This ensures accuracy in relation to extensive determination duration, allowing greater data collection capabilities without manual intervention.

“Advanced evaporation protection is a toy alternator, supported by data that show excellent reproducibility between repetitions over 16 -hour experiments. adds Salim. “Along with its best performance in the category, the R8E provides scientists with a strong and rational alternative to SPR -based platforms, backed by a brand reliable worldwide as genuine BLI technology.”

Octet® The Bli systems have a large global installation base in adjustable environments in drug, biotechnology and CRO organisms, with successful use in numerous research new drug applications. Strengthening scientists with qualitative data, flexibility and user -friendly design, Octet® The R8E system is designed to accelerate biopharmaceutical research at each stage – from drug discovery to growth, biological treatment and quality control – while equipping laboratories for future applications.
