Cylindrical cups shooting orzo pasta with tasty meatballs, tomatoes, red onion, cucumber, Garbanzo beans, hummus, feta cheese and much more! A nutritious meal loaded with taste.

You will love these delicious gypsies that are loaded with homemade meatballs, feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers and much more! While this time of year is cold here in Michigan, I like to make nutritional meals that help us feel our best and these cups are perfect! Loaded with lean beef funds and many colorful fiber-rich, this meal is ideal for the February Heart month. Heart health is so important to overall health and many people suffer from heart -related diseases and diseases. The Lean Beef can be part of a heart-alert diet that you can see in this delicious recipe for gyroscopes of cups.

My whole family loves these cups! My kids enjoy everything on them, but they leave the peer, as they are a little spicy and choose banana peppers instead. Feel free to use the ingredients you have. Tzatziki sauce, Pita chips and Kalamata olives would also make some amazing extra garnish.

How to make gyroscles of cups

First, you will make your meatballs. They are extremely easy to make so delicious! Then cook your orzo. Alternatively, you can use rice or pasta. Start cutting your vegetables for toppings. Serve everything together in a bowl! These gyroscope cups are awesome for meal preparation and can enjoy meals all week.

Ingredients

  • Greek meatballs
  • 1 pound of lean beef
  • 1/4 cup bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Zetz from 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice juice
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Gypsum
  • 1 pound pasta orzo
  • 1 cup of grape tomatoes, half
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 2 cups English cucumber, cubes
  • 1/4 cup Greek dressing
  • 1 can low sodium Garbanzo beansdrained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup Hummus
  • 3/4 cup slice slice
  • 12 pepperoncini peppers
  • Sliced ​​lemon
  • Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients for the meatballs. Create the meat in balls that are about 1 tablespoon of meat.

  2. Place in a pan This is sprayed with a spray without adhesives. Bake for about 15 minutes until the meatballs are cooked and have an internal temperature of 160 F.

  3. Meanwhile, boil a pot of water and cooking of Orzo according to the instructions. Drain the pasta when they are fully cooked.

  4. Mix the tomatoes, onion, cucumber and Greek dress together in a bowl.

  5. Once Orzo is cooked, divide the Orzo in cups and the top with meatballs, cucumber salad, Garbanzo beans, logs of juice, slice, slice, Pepperoncini, A slice of lemon and if you want, parsley.
