Okay mom, time to spill the tea. Did you know that tea is the perfect base for a summer mocktail? Correctly. So get out your tiny umbrellas and dust off those cocktail glasses you’ve been flirting with all summer long…Because we’re drunk! Don’t miss out on all the fun at next weekend’s summer cookouts or pool party. Our teas are delicious hot, but in this summer heat you’ll need an iced drink to cool you and your hit. We’ve come up with a list of herbal iced tea drinks that are pregnancy safe, delicious, and super cute with a little pink umbrella!
How to Make Fun Mocktails While Pregnant All Summer Long!
Lavender Ginger Collins for morning sickness
Components:
♥ 1 tsp. of Happy Mornings Herbal Tea
♥ 2 tsp. dry lavender muddled
♥ 2 tsp. ginger syrup
♥ 1/2 oz. lemon juice
♥ 3-4 leaves of fresh mint
♥ 1 1/2 oz. Sparkling Water
♥ Ice
This ginger tea-based ‘bevvy’ is a great addition to your summer celebrations. Did you know that you ingest things with Ginger is good for pregnant women women? Ginger is well known for relieving nausea of pregnancy, loss of appetite (bring on the barbecue) and even pain relief. So drink up mom, this mocktail is a jack of all trades.
Instructions:
- In a strainer, brew half a cup of Happy Mornings Herbal Tea for 1-2 minutes (or longer if you like it stronger).
- Mix 2 tsp. of dried lavender
- Combine ginger syrup, cool Happy Mornings Herbal Tea and lemon juice in a glass
- Fill the glass with ice
- Top up with sparkling water
- Garnish with a sprig of lavender & candied ginger
Third Quarter Raspberry Smash Tea
Components:
♥ 1 tsp. of Bottom of the 9th Herbal Tea
♥ 1 tsp. freshly squeezed lime juice
♥ ¼ cup raspberries
♥ 3-4 leaves of fresh mint
♥ 1 1/2 oz. Sparkling Water
♥ ¼ tsp. simple syrup or favorite sweetener (optional)
♥ Ice
A delightfully refreshing drink to cool off by the pool on a hot summer day. The star of this mocktail is the Bottom of the 9th herbal tea. It is packed with organic red raspberry leaf and organic nettle leaf. Drinking red raspberry leaf and nettle tea during pregnancy in the third trimester it can help strengthen and tone your uterus in preparation for labor.
Instructions:
- In a strainer, brew half a cup of herbal tea from the bottom of the 9th quarter for 1-2 minutes (or longer if you like it stronger).
- Stir the raspberries and mint into the bottom of your fanciest glass.
- Mix in fresh lime juice and sweetener (if you choose)
- Fill the glass with ice
- Add your iced tea to the glass and fill to the top with sparkling water
Mo’ Milk Mojito Breastfeeding Tea
Components:
♥ 1 tsp. Lactation Herbal Tea
♥ 1 tbsp. blueberries
♥ 2 strawberries, chopped
♥ 3 mint leaves chopped
♥ ½ tsp. lime juice
♥ 1 1/2 oz sparkling water
♥ Ice
Who said you can’t drink your drink and milk it? This effortlessly delicious mojito is a must for all nursing moms this summer. Packed with nutrients proven to increase milk production, this drink is a staple. So drink up ladies! It’s pumping season.
Instructions:
- In a strainer, brew half a cup of Breastfeeding Tea for 1-2 minutes (or longer if you like it stronger).
- In a cocktail glass, mix the berries and mint
- Add ice, cool Nursing Tea, lime juice and sparkling water to a glass
- Stir to combine. Garnish with a sprig of mint and some berries

Labor Prep Tea Watermelon Mint Mocktail
Components:
♥ 1 1/2 tbsp. of Bottom of the 9th Tea
♥ 1/2 lime
♥ 1/3 cup diced watermelon
♥ 4 fresh mint leaves (if possible)
♥ 1 teaspoon of agave nectar
♥ 4 oz sparkling water – (used Pamplemousse La Croix)
♥ Ice

Instructions:
- Prepare your tea first! I used 3/4 cup water, and a little colander. (No strainer? We have one here.) I let it boil for about 3 minutes as I got my glass ready!
- Stir the watermelon and mint leaves into the bottom of the glass.
- Add the freshly squeezed lime juice and then mix some more.
- Add your agave nectar next!
- Add 6-8 ice cubes.
- Pour your iced tea into the glass and then add your sparkling water!
- Enjoy your refreshing mocktail!
