If you are trying to work but you do not see the results you want, or you are short in time, but you still want to get strong, build endurance and consistently train, Joel Freeman has the answer.

Everyone on the 25-minute speed train-the 8-week strength plan to help you make real progress, regardless of the starting point.

Joel trains you from his gym, where his effective workouts and experts help you perform every movement in perfect form and minimal equipment. There is no longer a waste of time, you wonder what to do or give up the frustration. This is the training that keeps you on the right track.

How does the 25 minute speed train work?

Joel delivers the full body in just 25 minutes a day, 7 days a week, for 8 weeks. Using targeted volume training, it combines time under intensity, tempo -based spaces and progressive overload for effective strength and durability. There are no more speculations. No waste of time.

All you need is lightweight, medium and heavy dumbbells, as well as resistance loops. Joel does not leave untouched muscle. While it helps you to lift a balanced physical shape as you perfect your form – without excessive training or injury.

Where and where you start, you can finally make your goals a reality.

Next stop: Results!

What does the 25 minute speed train do?

It is Joel Freeman’s most effective program. You will train for time, not for constants counts the delegates. This allows you to tune in to the way the movement feels and ensures you focus on form and quality.

As you go, workouts also do – they offend you with longer work spaces and shorter rest periods. It is a program that adapts and grows up with you.

Where other Joel programs such as Liift4® or liift more™ Integrate HIIT into many of the workouts, 25 minutes of train speed combines the power training with metabolic preparation to maximize results. (There is a heart element but there are no high -intensity intervals.)

Also, LIIFT4 and LIIFT MORE are REP -based workouts that encourage heavy elevation. At 25 minutes train, you may find that you should lift the lighter. Don’t worry – you’ll still feel the burning and construction of power and endurance!

It is still the signature style of Joel, but it is designed for people with packaged timetables that want real progress, quickly.

How are the workouts?

Joel created an integrated 8 -week program that includes 48 unique workouts plus 2 recovery sessions alternating each week.

You will train 7 days a week: 5 strength, 1 heart core and 1 flexibility and mobility. Each 25-minute workout aims at the upper, lower, core or full body and you will hit each muscle group-including the smaller-at least twice a week.

The result? A transformation of a total body in less time, with a structure that is as viable as it is effective.

Top body

Build strength and muscle resistance to your back, shoulders, chest, biceps and triceps.

Inferior body

Set and enhance your quadriceps, gluts, hamstrings and calves.

Overall body

Complex and complex movements help build endurance, endurance and stability.

Basic heart

Work your abs, oblique and lower backs while burning a tone of calories.

Flexibility and mobility

Increase the range of movement of movement, flexibility and mobility while promoting active recovery.

For whom is the 25 -minute speed train?

This program was done for anyone who wants results, but it has no hours to lose. It is very suitable for people who enjoy a challenge, looking for a structure and want to train consistently without burning.

As Joel puts it, “Time, there seems to be fewer than these days, amiright?

Whether you have lifted for a while or you are younger in training, this program meets you where you are. Joel’s approach is about building lean muscle, enhancing endurance and improving the form.

How will it help me reach my goals to reach my goals?

With Joel’s targeted method of training, you will question your muscles with the right intensity every day, using smart techniques such as time under intensity and progressive overload to create strength, endurance and definition.

Each 25 -minute workout hits specific muscle groups in a proven sequence that helps prevent plateaus and keeps your progress stable.

The program is structured to keep you consistent, with real -time training by Joel, fresh workouts almost every day and a program that evolves like you.

Whether your goal is to win lean muscle, to lose fat or just stay strong without spending hours in the gym, this design gives you everything you need, less time than you thought is possible.

What equipment do I need?

All you need is a set of light, medium and heavy dumbbells and resistance loops. That’s it!
