Hello friends! Happy Friday and I hope my friends in the US had a beautiful Thanksgiving!

It’s been a really nice week here. I took the kids and a few friends to the trampoline park after their half day at school so they could play their hearts out in holiday cooking (they made this piethis green bean casserole with homemade crispy onions, and got a pumpkin loaf, apple pie and gf gravy from Dedicated),

took the kids to Target (to “browse,” they said) and the pilot returned from a long trip. Late October to November was crazy: he was gone, I left for RHS, we high-fived and he left, when he came back I went to LA, we high-fived again and he left, and now he’s back! WHEW. It was such a treat that it could be here for Thanksgiving!

(the dress is here // the boots are here)

We had our usual lunch/dinner at my uncle’s house with my dad’s whole family.

After that we went to Trevor and Danielle’s in the evening to hang out with Madre’s family and see Daisy! He’s just the funniest, cutest nut. I love her so much.

The day was filled with family time, delicious food, a walk around the neighborhood and just… I hope you had a great time too!

For now, it’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party. Here I share some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. I always love to hear about your favorites too, so shout out something you love in the comments section below.

11.28 Friday Faves

Black Friday is heeeeeeeeere:

I look forward to Black Friday sales all year long!! This is when I flip through my holiday shopping list and also grab some of the things we need for the house or items I’ve had my eye on. A LOT of creators are sharing their links these days and I would like to thank those of you who choose to shop through my links. It means the world to me and your support helps me offset some of the costs of keeping the blog running, especially since ad revenue has taken a serious hit with AI search.

Here are some of the best finds this year:

Top Gift Guide Picks:

– PERFECT sale at Farm Rio aka my favorite place to shop! 50% off and extra 20% off with code SUPER20. I got two dresses and I am very excited about it! (This and this)

– Walking cushion. The only way I can get 10k steps most days! That’s less than $100 with Black Friday deals.

– Rebounder. This is a great way to support blood flow, lymphatic system and also improve focus during a busy day at work. I’ll take a 5 minute break and put on some music. This is for sale for BFCM.

– Anthro is 30% off.!! I’m obsessed with them festive drinks, this dress (Noooo it), this t-shirt with sequins“Yes, Chef” dish toweland this package of mine favorite clean perfumes.

– Old Navy: 50% off sitewide. I ordered new matching pants for both kids, this one jacket for Livand this jacket for myself. Their holiday outfits are they so cute this is what we wore for family photos this year. i got this skirt and this dress for Liv. I can’t even believe the dress is only $13 right now!!! Fits nicely and looks much more expensive.

– Vivrelle!! Do this for yourself lol 🙂 You can rent designer bags and luxury jewelry and change them every month. I have the most gorgeous Chanel Caviar bag right now and I’m sadly sending it back next week but I’m so excited to pick up something new! So much fun for the holidays. Use this link for $300 off – it’s distanced so you save $100 every month for 3 months. I promise, you’ll love it.

-50% off great sleepwear. I got these for Liv; the fabric is a dream.

–25% off at Bombas! Everyone needs new socks lol. I love them very much socks slippers, and them compression socks for long flights. The pilot uses and loves them too.

–50% off J Crew. I adore them men’s sweaters, women’s blazers (they last forever), and dresses for girls. This will be P’s Christmas dress.

– Great price for the Hatch! It’s worth mentioning here that I don’t pay the subscription and it still works amazingly well.

– Ninja Creamy Scoop Sale.

– Non-toxic air fryer.

– Vacuum mop aka the only way I can keep our floors shiny and clean. (I also use some Branch Basics in the water even though you shouldn’t and it still works great for now lol)

– These gorgeous CZ earrings.

– Comfortable and clean makeup set.

– This amazing pendant.

– This travel kit of holiday essentials.

– The perfect toiletry bag.

– Tonybox! This is what I get for Daisy.

Wellness favorites

– If you don’t have a Lumebox still, now is the chance. They’re 50% off this weekend and it’s their biggest sale yet. I use it for so many things: headaches, muscle aches, energy, mood, skin, stomach aches, fever, period cramps (I rarely get them, but when I do, this helps a lot), So many things. It’s like the Swiss Army Knife of wellness tools. Get yours here!

–This skincare has completely changed my skin. It’s Mediterranean skin care powered by hydroxytyrosol – the world’s most powerful antioxidant from the olive. It has anti-aging benefits backed by real science, pure ingredients and formulas that truly transform your skin’s texture, radiance and firmness.

– Air doctor. Fresh air makes a huge difference, especially this time of year with allergies and colds floating around. This is their best price all year.

Air doctor inspectionAir doctor inspection

– Dome shower filter. We noticed a difference in our skin and hair immediately. The water feels softer and has zero chorine smell anymore. If you already have one, this is a good opportunity to get more for extra baths or to try out the sink or bath filter.

– Coffee without mold! I’m stocking up during the sale. The sad news is that coffee is a heavily sprayed crop, so many conventional options have pesticides, herbicides and mold. This is lab tested for purity and remineralization, and tastes delicious. I only drink decaf, and most decaf is bad. This is amazing.

– PEMF Go Mat. I use it every.single.day for breathing and meditation or when I need a little recharge while working on the computer. I’m having a hard time deciding which one I like better: the famous sauna blanket! or the PEMF mat. If you can do both… I say go for it. 😉

– Red light face mask. I use it every morning while running errands or multitasking. It gives my skin an amazing glow and I have noticed a huge difference in the texture of my skin

– OneSkin! They have tiered savings for BFCM. the more you spend, the more you save. They use their own peptide, OS-01, which blocks senescent cells <— they can increase the aging process. I adore them tinted moisturizer and body lotion.

-My favorite quarterly detox! If you’re joining us in January, get your kit now. You can do 7, 14 or 21 days.

– The most incredible wellness gift you could gift yourself this season is a Integrative Health Practitioner Certification. I mentioned this in my last post, but if you’re thinking about getting certified, it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done. I would be happy to chat with you and share more about my experience. This is the best price of the year: it’s $2000 off and if you use my code, FITNESSISTA, it’s an extra $500 off.

– Organism! They make so many of my favorite things like hydrogen tablets, green juice, red juice, Harmony and Pure. Check it out here!

If you’re shopping for that special someone, I’ve got tons of ideas in this year’s gift guides (a few more on the way!). Many of them include BFCM offers within the posts:

Biohacking and Wellness Gifts

For her

For Him

For the Children

For Tweens

Everything is linked to mine ShopMy for easy access and this page also has a summary of some of my top picks.

Read, watch, listen:

I am SO sad that Dancing with the Stars is over, but this season was so much fun to watch and we were so happy that Robert won. Trying to figure out what I’m going to do with that blank Tuesday night!

This was an excellent one podcast episode about the power of your thoughts.

Fitness, health and good nutrition:

Our weekly dinners.

A 30 minute cardio and strength dance workout.

Thanks so much for stopping by the blog today! Have a great weekend and see you soon!

xoxo
